Back to school

Well, that was a fun day! After teaching two of my regular students, I was passing the school where I used to teach and there was a huge crowd hanging around outside so I went in to see what was going on. It was their open day and the kids had organised a caberet for later on...so I stayed to see the action. It was great...I met up with my old colleagues, parents of the students I used to teach and of course, the kids themselves, all grown up and almost unrecognisable to me. Because I teach English, the kids always speak to me in English and it's super to see that they have improved dramatically since I last saw them. What a lovely afternoon.
